How OMAA uses your information

Who we are. OMAA, Umunya, Anambra State, is responsible for the information you send on this site. Contact for privacy questions: [email protected]

What we collect. Only what the form asks: your name, phone number, email, state, the vehicle you want, how you plan to pay, and an income range. We do not ask for your BVN, NIN, bank statements or card details on this site.

Why. To answer your request, prepare your quote, and (if you agree) pass your request to our finance partners so they can assess it. We do not use it for anything else without asking you first.

Who sees it. OMAA sales and finance staff, and finance partners only if you tick the sharing box. Our service providers (for example, hosting and messaging tools) handle it under contract. If any provider is outside Nigeria, we apply the safeguards the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 requires.

How long. Up to 24 months if you do not buy, or as the law requires if you do.

Accounts. An account is optional. If you log in or register, we link your request to your customer record. We never change your customer record from what you type in these forms.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to its use, withdraw consent at any time, or ask for a copy. You can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC). A person, not software alone, reviews every finance request.

Submit your pre-order You
Takes about two minutes. You get a reference number straight away. No payment is taken on this page.

We confirm with you OMAA
An OMAA advisor calls or messages you, usually within one business day, to confirm the model, number of vehicles, specification and where you want delivery.

Set your payment route You + lender
Cash: we send a pro-forma invoice. Finance: a specialist reviews your eligibility and, with your consent, a partner lender assesses it. Lease: our lease partner sends its terms.

Order accepted OMAA
Once your equity or payment is received and the contract is signed, OMAA accepts your order. From this point the signed contract governs cancellation and refunds.

Build and preparation OMAA
We schedule your vehicle and confirm the delivery date in writing.

Delivery and handover You + OMAA
You inspect the vehicle, receive the keys and documents, and sign the handover form. Registration and insurance follow the terms of your order.

Service starts OMAA service network
Your first service is booked with an OMAA service centre, and your warranty runs under the manufacturer’s terms.

Build lead time: 1 to 12 weeks

Prices include VAT. Monthly figures are estimates and need lender credit approval. OMAA may change or end offers at any time. Read the privacy notice before sending any details. The 6% anniversary discount offer ends on 30 November 2026. OMAA Finance continues after that date.
